ByoTrack ViZ

    Starting v2.0.0, ByoTrack supports Napari-based interactive visualization (see :doc:`napari`),
    with a full support for 2D and 3D video, detections, tracks and optical flow.
    Napari visualizations are more user-friendly and therefore recommended over the ones detailed here.


ByoTrack comes with its own visualizations relying on Matplotlib and Open-CV. These tools were developed and tested on Linux with a QT backend and may not export properly. We recommend using our Napari-based visualization, in particular for the InteractiveVisualizer.
